My therapist is nature, and I wanted to share that with my clients. Nature is the greatest teacher, from stormy seas to peaceful woodland, she is always there offering an example of resilience and life. Sometimes impenetrable, sometimes embracing. Walking in nature is a way to experience new inspiration and connection outside of the therapy office and the built human environment. I offer individual, couple and group sessions of walk-and-talk therapy. I believe the exercise of walking combined with fresh air and beautiful scenery augments the value of talk therapy, helping clients move past trauma and anxiety to discover new ways of being in the world.
