Consensual Non-Monogamy, Polyamory and LGBTQIAPK+
“I reserve the right to love many different people at once, and to change my prince often.” Anais Nin
You are one of the 4-5% of Americans currently in a consensual non-monogamous relationship (or the 22% who have tried that). Perhaps you are also queer, gay, kinky or aromantic. You're tired of therapists who say that's ok but they don't specialize in it, or therapists that try to understand but you know they're secretly judging you, or wondering why you have to love who you love. I offer Individual, Relationship and Group Therapy for people in the CNM community. I am a licensed therapist that also identifies as bisexual, polyamorous, and sometimes I go by the pronoun "they." As part of that community, you won't have to explain your relationship choices to me or give excuses. I help couples in open relationships and polycules increase intimacy and reduce anxiety and shame in the relationships they are in, and improve their connections with metamours and their partners' families. I support individuals on the LGBTQIAPK spectrum in overcoming shame and stigma, navigating internalized bias and having conversations about coming out of the closet.
